The complexity of this project was highlighted by the construction phasing and sequencing of the work. Dining room and office additions, as well as floor-to-ceiling up-fits, were completed without having to relocated a single resident. Careful planning and coordination with the Owner's staff led to the successful completion of this project.

Examples of your excellent work abound; the gatehouses which protect the campus at night, which were done on an extremely tight time schedule; Kirby Wing of Calloway Center, perhaps our most beautiful new space; and the new and renovated Pit, which was delivered 2 1/2 weeks early and under budget. The amount your firm saved us on the Kirby Wing was sufficient to finish all of the planned-to-be-vacant space in the basement! Of course, your signature building is the Mary and Charlie Babcock Wing at Reynolda House, a superb structure built on schedule and on budget. It is a magnificant addition to the museum.
