| We in the Radiology Department have had your crews at work constantly on one project or another since July, 2005. We have installed three CT scanners and an additional MRI system in the last year. With the completion of this last CT scanner it looks like things might slow down a bit for
now.
I want to take just a minute of your time to commend the crew that has done all the work - Vernon, Ed, Brian and other Blum employees whose names I do not know, and all the subcontractors. Their work ethic has been outstanding. I never heard a gripe or grumble during the whole time. They are all pleasant to work with and have the most concern for our inconvenience and satisfaction. They have always accepted our requests without hesitation and completed them promptly.
Two of these major jobs have had equipment provided by Siemens. The Siemens project manager has complimented your people to me over and over again. In fact, when he finds out there has been another sale, he always wants to know if ‘those Blum people’ are doing the job. He says this crew is the best he has ever worked with. |

Preconstruction
Frank L. Blum can work with your Project Team early in conceptual and design development phases of your project up to final construction documents by:
Reviewing drawings and scope of work, and understanding
the expectations of the Project Team. |
Providing input to identify costly items, offer alternatives, and establish budget constraints. |
Planning the construction process. |
Estimating and presenting costs for each phase of the project. |
Construction
As the project moves into the construction phase, Frank L. Blum will ensure the success of the project by:
Selecting the Construction Team (subcontractors and vendors based on competitiveness, quality and ability to meet schedule needs). |
Starting up the Project by securing the needed insurance and permits, posting jobsite rules, initiating submittals and establishing the appropriate lines of communication. |
Conducting coordination meetings throughout the construction phase, including weekly progress meetings and coordination meetings with the Owner. |
Keeping open lines for communication. |
