November 20, 2019

The campus of NCSU continues to transform with Blum Construction on site. Greek Village is expanding with the addition of two sorority houses, Zeta Tau Alpha and Sigma Kappa. Zeta Tau Alpha is a new 19,775 square foot 3-story building with 21 sleeping rooms and 41 beds with site improvements. Site improvements include new courtyard, accessible sidewalks, retaining walls, a shared monumental stair and landscaping. The Sigma Kappa house consists of three levels, with the lowest level being a walk-out basement. There is a front porch on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a rear porch on the 2nd floor. The house will have 40 beds plus a house director’s suite. CJMW is the architect. The projects are slated for completion in the summer of 2020.
