NC State University Selects Blum to Build the Next Phase of Greek Village

North Carolina State University recently selected Blum Construction to plan and construct three multi-residential buildings on its campus. The buildings, located in NC State's Greek Village are comprised of townhouses and apartments; they are designed to flex in occupancy and will consist of multiple levels. Seven additional house lots for individual organizations will also be constructed. KWK Architects and Jenkins Peer Architects are providing design services for the project, which is scheduled to complete design in the fall of 2020.
