Renovations and Addition at Caffey Distributing underway

Blum Construction has partnered with Caffey Distributing in Greensboro, NC to renovate their existing office building and incorporate an addition. The completed renovation will provide the space needed to meet the demands of its growing customer base. The expansion, currently underway, will provide a space for their new executive headquarters. The 32,000-square-foot project, designed by Winston-Salem-based Stitch Design Shop, has an expected completion date of the summer of 2021.
