Miller Center Envelope Repairs

This project addressed comprehensive building envelope repairs to improve performance and longevity. The scope of work included masonry crack repairs, installation of new expansion joints, and replacement of parapet coping. Additional work involved upgrading balcony flashing, applying new waterproofing systems, and installing veneer ties at masonry arches. These improvements enhanced durability, safeguarded against water intrusion, and restored both the structural integrity and visual character of the building.
