Mark Dunnagan joined Frank L. Blum Construction Company in 2006 after five years of working in the Charleston, South Carolina, construction market. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University in 2001, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Citadel in 2004. Mark is a licensed Professional Engineer in North and South Carolina. He is active in the statewide construction industry through affiliation with Leading Age North Carolina. Mark is active in the community through board membership with Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County, Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership, Winston-Salem Alliance, Creative Corridors Coalition, NAIOP, Greenhill, and as a member of the Reynolda Rotary Club. Mark's responsibilities with Blum include business development and marketing. He is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, and currently lives in Winston-Salem with his wife, Evan, and three children, Caroline, Jay, and Sally.
