Description
Frank L. Blum Construction Company was selected for the construction of 300 new beds in a townhome-style setting new to the HPU campus. Fifty townhome units were constructed, each housing six upper class students. With exteriors that complimented the architectural style of the campus, and state-of-the-art VRF HVAC systems that provide individualized temperature control for each resident, these apartments have proven to be a popular choice for the HPU students. A clubhouse, complete with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi tub, exercise spaces, and meeting facilities, anchors the development.
The project was constructed in less than one year, and was ready for students at the beginning of the Fall semester as planned.
