Cook Medical MedSurg Manufacturing Facility

This project transformed the 850,000-square-foot former R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company manufacturing facility into a cutting-edge medical device manufacturing hub for Cook Medical’s MedSurg Division. The project included extensive renovations, introducing a 36,000-square-foot Loom Room for medical device weaving, 70,000 square feet of ISO 7 Clean Room manufacturing space, and dedicated areas for research and development engineering.
