Cross Road Assisted Living Renovations

When Cross Road underwent 19,500 square feet of additions and renovations, Blum crews built a temporary stair/scaffolding structure with a walkway across the roof of the main building. This allowed workers to access the job site in an enclosed inner courtyard without having to walk through the occupied building. The multi-phased project featured construction of a new entry office, a dining addition, and renovations to existing corridors and several service rooms, including the library, reception area, and hair salon.
