Constructed around 1956, the building at Erwin Middle School underwent a comprehensive renovation to modernize facilities and support improved instruction and curriculum. The project addressed accessibility, classroom functionality, and site improvements, including new ADA-compliant ramps, upgraded restrooms, renovated classrooms, a refreshed cafeteria, a new art room, courtyard enhancements, roofing replacement, and waterproofing.
