Blum Construction began the master planning effort with Givens Highland Farms after construction of the 3-phase Meadowmont cottage development. Working closely with the owner and design team, a plan was developed to replace the core of campus with new independent living, amenity spaces, and a health center that better addressed the needs and desires of the residents. New independent living offerings were added outside of the campus core. Blum provided constructability analysis, logistics planning, scheduling, and costing services to the team.
