Givens Highland Farms

Blum Construction has been a key partner in the master planning and multi-phase expansion of Givens Highland Farms, a 10-phase project spanning 15 years. To date, six phases have been completed, including 22 duplex, two quad-plex, and two six-plex craftsman-style cottages; 16 bungalow-style cottages; a community center with dining facilities, community spaces, and an auditorium; and 66 independent living apartments. Phases 7 and 8, currently in progress, include 33 additional independent living apartments and wellness renovations, while the final phases will focus on licensed care building replacements and further independent living expansions.
