Description
This project is a 15,000-square-foot, 16-bed skilled nursing unit addition to the Healthcare Center. Construction and phasing were carefully planned with the safety and welfare of community residents, Healthcare Center patients, and children enrolled in the on-site daycare facility in mind. Coordination with the Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR) required Blum Construction’s usual efficient documentation and organization.
