Description
The facility is located on the former Forsyth Industrial Systems (FIS) site which is situated on a leased parcel of approximately 4 acres at 650 Highland Avenue in the City of Winston-Salem. The project included the complete demolition of the existing 42,000-square-foot FIS building and most of its associated surrounding drives, aprons, and parking, etc. Additionally, the new construction of a 44,000- square-foot FBCC / Urgent Care / Wellness Center / Medical Clinic Facility was put in place.
