Vista Ridge South Apartments

Vista Ridge South is a 33-unit independent living apartment building, complementing the previously constructed Vista Ridge North. The two buildings are linked by a shared head house, which houses elevators and the electrical backbone for both structures, and provides access to the elevated walkway connecting the complex to the campus core. Exterior materials were carefully selected to harmonize with those used in phases 1–3 of construction, ensuring visual continuity across the redeveloping campus.
