Wake Forest Baptist Health Birth Center

The Birth Center is a 100,000-square-foot facility designed in collaboration with clinical teams and patient advisers to prioritize the needs of mothers and families. The project features a two-floor, state-of-the-art labor and delivery center with nine triage, four preparation and recovery rooms, and four OB-GYN procedure rooms. Additionally, 17 labor and delivery rooms, including four dedicated to alternative deliveries, were seamlessly integrated into the facility. The project also included a cutting-edge Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with 51 private patient rooms, two specifically reserved for twins.
