Description
Renovation of the President’s House included replacement of the HVAC system and water heater, complete with pipes and controls. A new electrical feed, complete with backup generator, was installed. The exterior of the house was also updated, including new paint, upgrades to the home’s perimeter, and renovation to the historic Shipman Garden.
